Ziona Draiman the widow of Samuel Draiman vs. Hed Press Ltd and Hamodia. 9/25/08

The widow Ziona Draiman is blind and elderly and Hed Press Ltd and Hamodia are taking advantage of that situation

Points to adjudicate.

After the death of Samuel Draiman Hed Press Ltd and Hamodia under the control of Mr. Knop knowingly permitted and dissipated – disbursed - distributed assets of the deceased Samuel Draiman with out permission of the widow or the Court.

The operating partner of Hed Press upon the death of Samuel Draiman is Hamodia under the daily management of Mr. Knop.

The severance pay due the widow Ziona Draiman at the time of the death of Samuel Draiman was stated to be over 900,000 shekel plus interest and penalties. Plus pension.

Hed Press Ltd and Hamodia intentionally deceived the Income Tax Division by falsely submitting exaggerated numbers of purported distribution to the widow Ziona Draiman.

Hed Press Ltd which was owned by Samuel Draiman 40% and Hamodia 60%. The assets of Hed Press Ltd included the printing business and assorted Real Estate property that the business is located in and surrounding other Real Estate property of estimated value of $4 million dollar or more.

Elitzur Draiman the son of Samuel Draiman has resigned as an employee of Hed Press Ltd and relinquished any interest prior to the death of Samuel Draiman.

Elitzur Draiman filed for Bankruptcy protection in the Federal Northern District Court of Illinois on October 14, 2005. The court discharged his debts after he swore in court that he has no assets anywhere. Therefore under any law he has no standing in this estate.
Any statements by Elitzur Draiman to the contrary are subject to criminal prosecution in the United States Federal Bankruptcy Court. Any one representing to the Court or to Hed Press Ltd that Elitzur Draiman has an interest is aiding and abetting in a crime.

The widow who own at least 75% of the Estate and maybe 87.5% is entitled to a complete detailed accounting of all the assets of the deceased Samuel Draiman and payments made to banks or any one else after the death of Samuel Draiman on August 1, 2001.

Elitzur Draiman and Nachshon Draiman were present at Samuel Draiman’s death bed on August 1, 2001, and immediately thereafter proceeded to liquidate the deceased Samuel Draiman’s assets, defrauding the widow Ziona Draiman.

Any assets or funds disbursed by Hed Press Ltd to anyone except Ziona Draiman under the management of Hamodia should be reimbursed to the estate of Samuel Draiman – plus interest and penalty.

Ziona Draiman further requests that the court adjudicate all matters pertaining to the estate and provide Ziona Draiman all her assets of the estate expeditiously.

Expediting this proceeding is imperative, since the widow is a blind elderly woman is advancing in age and not in best of health.
Her 2 sons Nachshon Draiman and Elitzur Eli Draiman are currently in litigations in A Jerusalem Courtroom contesting that the majority of the estate belongs to them and that their mother should be left without means of support.
Nachshon Draiman has a current federal judgment in Chicago of $15 million with interest it is $21 million By Dynegy v Nachshon Draiman case No. 02cv07446. Elitzur Draiman filed for bankruptcy in Chicago in October 2005 and was granted a discharge case No. 05-56009.
Nachshon Draiman and Elitzur Draiman also have a lawsuit for fraud by Israel Discount Bank vs Nachshon Draiman, Elitzur Draiman and Jerusalem Enterprises, (the former owners of the Jerusalem Pearl Hotel) the claim is for about $25 million in damages.

Nachshon Draiman

In the last few years, Nachshon Draiman has had to defend his name over some very serious accusations! It has turned brother against brother into one of the most expensive he said, I said arguments. Resulting in wage fines and levees against Nachshon Draiman. His Chicago nursing home administrator license (044001323) was revoked. He was charged with a $15 million judgment for fraud -- $21 million with interest!

Nachshon Draiman will be back in court in a few months to face yet other charges. By the looks of it, he will need more then a little helping hand!
